| Mine Detail These images show detail of the mine pit, including mine
equipment, dump sites, roads and even light posts. These images could be
used for the planning, monitoring and restoration of mining operations.

| Tailings High
resolution imagery can be used in the long term monitoring of tailing and
other waste sites. Temporal changes can be documented through the use of
regular imagery collections. The use of infrared imagery can show
environmental damage before it is visible in colour imagery. |

| Infrared Imagery These
two images are derived using the 4 meter multispectral sensor. On the left
is a true color image created by combining the red, blue and green bands.
The right image is a false color image created by combining the red, green
and infrared bands. this image is useful in early detection of vegetation
under stress due to environmental conditions. |
